Description
Action
The current month uses working days elapsed through today, inclusive, divided by all working days in that month after closure dates are excluded. This adjusts targets, not recorded sales. Completed months always use their full target.
Monthly GP per order targets
Previous 13 completed months (not the selected month): remove the best month and the four lowest; average the remaining eight. Months without sales count as £0.
